At Edison State College I was not the average day full-time student. Because I was older than most of the students that I took classes with they would come to me for advise and help with any challenges they encounter with the class material. During this period at Edison I noticed that many of the students that I have given assistance to had successful semester. For this reason I think that being a tutor will give me the opportunity to impact young student life.
